Options Executive Search Private Limited is seeking an AVP – Land Acquisition for a leading renewable energy developer in Andhra Pradesh. You will lead land strategy and execution across the project portfolio, owning aggregators, title clearance, and RoW processes.

This senior role demands 20–25 years in land acquisition within energy/infrastructure, with proven leadership and the gravitas to engage senior stakeholders; a graduate degree (master's preferred) is expected.

Qualifications

• 20–25 years in land acquisition, with sector exposure to renewable energy/power/infrastructure.
• Track record of owning land strategy at scale, not just executing individual transactions.
• Strong leadership experience—managing teams and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Gravitas to represent the organization with senior external stakeholders.
• Graduate degree; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Land acquisition strategy and aggregator relationships across the region
• Title clearance, legal coordination, and risk mitigation on every parcel
• Survey, registration, mutation, and NA conversion processes
• RoW resolution and stakeholder management to keep projects on schedule
• Cross-functional coordination with project development, OEM/erection, logistics, and site HR/Admin teams
• Team leadership and mentoring across the land function
• MIS reporting and land handover to O&M

We're partnering with a leading, fast-growing renewable energy developer in India to hire an AVP – Land Acquisition to lead land strategy and execution across their project portfolio in Andhra Pradesh.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who has spent 20–25 years building deep expertise in land acquisition — ideally within renewable energy, power, or infrastructure — and is ready to lead a function end-to-end: from aggregator relationships and title clearance to statutory approvals, RoW resolution, and final handover to operations.

What you'll own:

• Land acquisition strategy and aggregator relationships across the region
• Title clearance, legal coordination, and risk mitigation on every parcel
• Survey, registration, mutation, and NA conversion processes
• RoW resolution and stakeholder management to keep projects on schedule
