Job summary

EXL Digital in India is seeking an experienced Digital Project Leader to guide end-to-end initiatives from strategy and planning through design, delivery and run modes.

You will develop diagnostics to solution proposals, maintain governance and reporting to client and leadership, and coordinate with data science, analytics, products and operations to showcase value and drive transformative outcomes.

Travel domestically and internationally as needed; experience in Insurance/BFSI preferred.

• 10+ years of overall experience with 7+ years in project management.
• Experience in Digital Transformation and solution design.
• Travel willingness domestically and internationally.

Essential Functions

• Leading various phases throughout digital projects from the strategy and planning mode, through to design/delivery mode and finally run mode
• Responsible for Diagnostic to Solution Proposal creation for Digital projects
• Responsible for maintaining Governance and reporting on projects to Business units, Leadership, clients
• Successfully collaborate with core and extended teams across the enterprise for deployment of Digital Solutions by internal and client showcasing and articulating the business case and value proposition
• Providing transformation solutions and roadmaps for new deals / pursuits
• Contribution of creation of showcase content, though leadership white papers, collaterals

• Developing Automation Strategy and digital Roadmap including AI/ML led solutions, Intelligent Automation and workflows
• Manage solution design, development and improvement processes ensuring they are well maintained and communicated

• Proficient with MS-VISIO for flowcharting/process mapping software

Education / Professional Requirements

Preferred qualifications MBA, BE/BTECH,

Experience with Digital Transformation, Solution Designing, RFP/RFX solutions is highly preferred

Work Experience and Additional Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience including 7+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success and financial results with similar experience
• Proven ability to drive a solution from start to finish (project management certifications are a plus)
• Experience in Insurance/BFSI domain will be given strong preference
• Experience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions
• Ability to travel as required domestically and / or internationally
