Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to drive transformation of trade finance and lending operations in Bengaluru. You will define requirements, design target operating models, and develop implementation roadmaps while coordinating with operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams.

The role emphasizes documenting current processes, identifying gaps, and delivering automation and improved controls. Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of trade finance products, lending operations, and end-to-end process flows.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and transformation delivery within financial services.
• Ability to gather and document requirements, translate business needs into process and system changes.
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk control requirements relevant to lending and trade finance.
• Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting, and using insights to drive decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across operations, technology, and leadership teams.
• Experience with change management, UAT, training, and implementation support for business transformation projects. Excellent proven communication and documentation/presentation skills
• Ability to identify and elevate problems at an early stage
• Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations
• Fluent in English (written/verbal)
