We are looking for Two Aviation Engineers to support digitization of aircraft maintenance work instructions according to the specifications of our customers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Understand our customer processes and help optimize their work using our high-tech solutions
• Get acquainted in detail with the specific aviation domains of our customers and rapidly become fluent as to what they do, and what challenges they are facing
• Help our customers to configure and manage their digital enterprises and work instructions
• Deliver the job on time according to the project schedule
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep the product aligned and live as per customer needs.
• Supporting team in demo preparation and training sessions for customers on product features and functionality.

Your qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautics, or other aviation-related studies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the aviation industry is required.
• Prior hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance (Airframe/Engine/Components) is highly desirable.
• Experience in a customer-facing role will be an added advantage.
• Data Analysis Skills in Excel – creation of formulas, data validation, pivot tables and charts.
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Strong interest and willingness to learn a software product.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power Point.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
