Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an IT Infrastructure SME with 6–8 years of experience to design, deploy, and operate Azure Virtual Desktop solutions in our cloud environment.

The role focuses on AVD build and operations, FSLogix deployment, image management, and automation using DevOps tools such as Terraform and Bicep, with strong communication and teamwork across IT teams. You will collaborate with MS and ensure security and optimization across platforms.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of IT infrastructure experience in Azure environments.
• Hands-on deployment and operations of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Experience with Windows OS, image creation and customization, FSLogix.

Job description

Job Requirements*

• IT Infrastructure SME resources with 6 to 8 Years of experience
• Good understanding on VDI technologies Azure Virtual Desktop
• Operations and Deployment knowledge on Azure Virtual Desktop
• 4+ Yrs of Experience in consulting, designing, and implementing Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop solutions
• Good skills on Windows Client and Server OS, Azure Image Gallery. Creating and customization of Images
• Configure and deploy FSLOGIX and required infra in AVD
• Application modernization knowledge with MSIX App Attach & 3rd party products
• Knowledge on automation with DevOps, Terraform, Biceps will be plus
• Configure Optimization & Security features on hostpools
• Monitor AVD environment leveraging Azure AVD native monitor and other 3rd part services ControlUp etc.
• Should be able to Install , Configure and work on Printer Setup and Printer service in AVD
• Able to Work with MS for any ongoing critical issues
• Knowledge on Group Policy , Active Directory and Registry settings.
• AZ140, AZ104 Certification will be an added advantage
• Good analytical and communication skills and willing to take up the ownership
