Job summary

Bharat Music in India is seeking hands-on on-site technicians to join our live event team. This role involves working directly with professional audio, lighting, LED walls, and show infrastructure to deliver high-energy productions.

You will collaborate with artists, production managers, DJs, and crews, handle setup and breakdowns, travel for events, and adapt to fast-paced schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Setup, rigging, and operation of professional audio, lighting, and LED systems
• Working at concerts, festivals, weddings, corporate events, and live productions
• Venue load-ins, soundchecks, show execution, and breakdowns
• Coordinating with artists, production managers, DJs, technicians, and event crews
• Managing equipment safely and maintaining professional setup standards
• Troubleshooting technical issues in fast-paced live environments
• Travel across cities for events and productions
• Working flexible hours depending on event schedules and production timelines
• Learning real-world production workflows and large-scale event operations
• Being part of a team that values discipline, timing, coordination, and execution
