Title: AV Engineer L1

Work Timings: General Shift

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Installation, Operation and Maintenance of AV components such as Video Conferencing Components, Video Recorders, Projectors, Lighting and Sound controllers, Displays like LED/ LCD TVs, Projector Screens.
• Knowledge of Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures that comprise AVMIs Integrated Management System.
• Maintain, gather and update statistics and records on VC and AV supports and report on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Coordinate with the organizer for AV requirements and Manage AV for the events organized in DAIS.
• Maintain AMC Services of individual AV hardware as well as software.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous status information.
• Encourage users to provide feedbacks - Learn new technologies and evolve as the team matures
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team

Experience
