Job summary

Elabs Infotech in India is seeking Autosys Administrators for a permanent opportunity. The role requires 3.5 to 5 years of hands-on experience and will cover IBM MQ administration, Workload Automation ESP/AutoSys, and Linux/Unix environments in Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai.

You will monitor and optimize scheduling, manage web servers (Apache HTTP/Tomcat), develop Shell scripts, and handle ITIL-based incident management with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in IBM MQ administration and middleware support.
• Knowledge of CA Workload Automation ESP / AutoSys and job scheduling.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting and production troubleshooting.
• Understanding of messaging technologies such as Kafka and Solace.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL, incident management and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support IBM MQ environments, including Queue Managers, Queues, Channels and Listeners.
• Monitor and troubleshoot workload scheduling, jobs, workflows, calendars, dependencies and SLA issues.
• Support CA Workload Automation ESP and AutoSys scheduling environments.
• Manage Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat, including deployments, SSL certificates, JVM tuning and patching.
• Develop Shell/Bash scripts to automate monitoring, log management and operational tasks.
• Troubleshoot IBM MQ, Kafka and Solace messaging integrations.
• Handle incident, problem and change management using ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Participate in RCA, production support, upgrades and infrastructure maintenance.
