Job summary

HELLA India Automotive Pvt Ltd in Pune (Hinjewadi, Maharashtra, India) seeks an AUTOSAR and embedded systems specialist to own build, release, and delivery processes. You will lead CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, manage builds, and ensure release compliance for Aurix-based projects.

The role requires 3–5 years of AUTOSAR and embedded experience, hands-on with Vector DaVinci, and strong Git/automation scripting skills. Collaboration with global teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AUTOSAR Basic Software and embedded systems experience.
• Hands-on with Vector DaVinci toolchain and Vector Stack integration.
• Proficient with Git, branching strategies, and repository management.

Responsibilities

• Build, Release & Customer Delivery: own the complete build process using GitLab CI/CD pipelines; configure compiler/linker for Aurix; generate release packages and delivery artifacts; understand OEM delivery standards.
• CI/CD & GitLab Pipeline Management: develop/maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, static analysis, reports, packaging; configure pipeline stages; monitor and fix jobs.
• AUTOSAR Integration & Configuration: AUTOSAR BSW configuration using Vector DaVinci Configurator/Developer; configure RTE; verify integration and generate analysis reports.

YOUR TASKS

Build, Release & Customer Delivery

• Own the complete build process using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure compiler and linker settings for Aurix family (Tasking/HighTec, LSL/LDF updates).
• Generate release packages, release notes, build documentation, and customer delivery artifacts.
• Understand OEM delivery expectations, versioning standards, tagging, and release compliance.

CI/CD & GitLab Pipeline Management

• Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for Automated builds,Static code analysis, Report generation, Artifact packaging, Branch-based workflows
• Configure pipeline YAML stages (build, test, merge, release).
• Monitor pipeline performance, fix broken jobs, maintain runner environments.
• Promote best practices for branching, merging, tagging, and build governance using GIT.

AUTOSAR Integration & Configuration

• AUTOSAR BSW configuration using Vector DaVinci Configurator & Developer (must-have project handling experience).
• Configure RTE and ensure smooth integration of SWC functionalities
• Verification report generation and analysis such as RTE analyser, MSSV, etc

Your Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AUTOSAR Basic Software and embedded systems

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Vector DaVinci toolchain, Vector Stack integration (1-2 stacks mandatory)
• Good understanding of AUTOSAR Classic architecture
• Strong experience with GIT, branching strategies, and repository management
• Ability to write automation scripts (Batch, Python, Bash)
• Understanding of build runners, YAML configuration, and pipeline debugging.
• Excellent debugging, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
