Job summary

Symbiosis Management Consultants is seeking an experienced professional in Bengaluru to lead system-level development of automotive electronic controllers. The role involves steering a small technical team and defining robust system requirements for EV power electronics.

You will collaborate with HW, SW, validation and manufacturing teams, apply extensive knowledge of CAN/CAN FD, UDS and J1939, and troubleshoot complex system issues to deliver reliable automotive solutions.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced with strong expertise in Automotive Controller Systems to lead system-level development and a small technical team.
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Location: Bangalore
Industry: Automotive / EV / Power Electronics

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system-level development of automotive electronic controllers
• Develop and manage system & software requirements

• Guide basic hardware development with strong schematic understanding

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in BMS, On-Board Charger (OBC), or DC-DC Converter systems from a system perspective
• Exposure to EV / power electronics-based automotive systems
• Strong experience in Automotive Controller System Requirement Development
• Good knowledge of Digital Electronics & Power Electronics
• Working knowledge of CAN / CAN FD
• Hands-on experience with UDS & J1939 protocols
• Strong system-level troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
