Job summary
Symbiosis Management Consultants seeks an experienced professional to lead system-level development of automotive electronic controllers in Bengaluru. The role requires driving HW/SW integration and managing a small technical team to deliver robust automotive solutions.
You will develop and own system and software requirements, work across HW, SW, validation and manufacturing, and contribute to critical design decisions in EV power electronics.
Qualifications
- Experience in system-level development for automotive controllers and EV power electronics.
- Strong background in Automotive Controller System Requirement Development.
- Hands-on understanding of CAN/CAN FD and ECU protocols.

We are looking for an experienced with strong expertise in Automotive Controller Systems to lead system-level development and a small technical team.
Experience: 6 to 8 Years

- Lead system-level development of automotive electronic controllers
- Develop and manage system & software requirements
- Drive integration of HW, SW & system components
- Guide basic hardware development with strong schematic understanding
- Identify system issues and drive technical resolutions
- Collaborate with HW, SW, Validation & Manufacturing teams
- Lead and mentor a small technical team
- Experience in BMS, On-Board Charger (OBC), or DC-DC Converter systems from a system perspective
- Exposure to EV / power electronics-based automotive systems
- Strong experience in Automotive Controller System Requirement Development
- Good knowledge of Digital Electronics & Power Electronics
- Working knowledge of CAN / CAN FD
- Hands-on experience with UDS & J1939 protocols
- Strong system-level troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
