The candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and drive innovation in battery systems, powertrains, charging, and vehicle software integration for future mobility programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end vehicle and EV development from concept to production.
• Drive engineering design, analysis, validation through structural assessments, performance evaluation, prototype development, testing, and homologation activities.
• Develop and integrate EV technologies including battery packs, thermal management, electric powertrains, charging solutions, and energy management strategies.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards by meeting CMVR, AIS, automotive safety, EMC/EMI, NVH, durability, and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver innovative EV solutions, advanced technologies (ADAS, solid-state batteries), sustainability initiatives, and vehicle software integration.
