Job Title-Automation Testing(Cypress,Playwright,Python) || 7 to 10 Years

• Design and develop automated test scripts and frameworks for web, API, and backend systems.
• Write BDD scenarios for stories and automate using Automate First Approach
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, record, and track bugs; proactively drive resolution.
• Hands on with DevOps processes to align & integrate our Automation first strategy into DevOps strategy
• Maintain a deep understanding of CI/CD tooling, pipelines, and quality gates, and ensure their effective implementation
• Build and maintain test data, mocks, and stubs.
• Advocate for testability and quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in test automation
• Good to have basic knowledge on Python .
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG.
• Familiar with NFR testing - load test, web vitals and accessibility test
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and testing techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., ADO).
• Familiarity with API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
