Job summary

Axis My India is seeking a QA Engineer (Automation + Manual) to validate the functionality and performance of our Flutter-based app and React-based Admin/Client Portals. You will bridge manual testing and automation, ensuring robust regression cycles and high-quality data capture across mobile and web platforms.

You will design test plans, develop Selenium/Appium scripts, perform API testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience (Manual & Automation).
• Experience testing Mobile Apps (Flutter/Android/iOS) and familiarity with mobile automation tools (Appium).
• Proficiency in Selenium for web automation (React-based apps).
• Hands-on API testing (Postman, RESTAssured) and understanding of Microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test plans and test cases for Manual and Automation testing.
• Develop and execute Selenium/Appium-based automation scripts for regression testing of Web Portal and mobile Flutter app.
• Develop and execute manual test cases and ensure requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers to identify system requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes in AI labeling and media uploads.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Mobile App and Admin Portal.
• Build and maintain Selenium-based tests for React Admin Portal; Appium tests for mobile app.
• Validate features like Survey Management and RBAC, test offline/low connectivity scenarios.
• Verify APIs for survey responses, media uploads, and notification workflows.
• Device compatibility testing for Android (10+) and iOS (13+).
• Document and track defects in JIRA or similar tools.
• Assist in API load testing and performance validation.

Automation cum Manual Tester: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer tovalidate the functionality and performance of our "A" App(Flutter-based) and Admin/Client Portals (React-based). The ideal candidatewill bridge the gap between manual testing and automation, ensuring robustregression testing cycles. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamlessdata capture, secure client access, and optimal user experience across mobileand web platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintaincomprehensive test plans and test cases for both Manual and Automation testing.
• Develop and execute Selenium/Appium-basedautomation scripts for regression testing of the Web Portal and facilitatemobile automation for the Flutter App.
• Develop and execute manualtest cases and confirm the quality of the deliverable WRT requirements.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams (Developers, Product Managers) to identify systemrequirements.
• Good with troubleshooting andissue debugging; quickly able to identify root causes in complex workflowsinvolving AI labeling and Media uploads.

Key Responsibilities

• Hybrid Testing: Perform functional, integration, and regressiontesting for the "A" App (Mobile) and Admin Portal (Web).
• Automation Frameworks: Build and maintain Selenium-based automation testscripts for the React-based Admin Portal and implement automation strategiesfor the Flutter mobile application. Similarly build and maintain Appium - based automation test cases for the mobile app.
• Feature Validation: Rigorously test key features including SurveyManagement, Client Role-Based Access Control, and AI-driven needs categorization.
• Scenario Testing: Validate application behavior in challenging networkconditions (offline/low network mode) and ensure data synchronization onceconnectivity is restored.
• API & Backend Testing: Verify APIs for survey responses, media uploads(Image, Audio, Video), and notification workflows (SMS/WhatsApp).
• Compatibility Testing: Conduct Device Responsive Testing for Android(version 10+) and iOS (version 13+) environments.
• Defect Management: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugsusing JIRA or similar tools.
• Performance: Assist in API Load Testingand performance validation to ensure scalability

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or InformationTechnology.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (Manual& Automation).
• Experience in testing Mobile Apps (Flutter/Android/iOS)and familiarity with mobile automation tools (e.g Appium)
• Proficiency in Selenium for web automation(React-based applications).
• Hands-on experience with API Testing (Postman, RESTAssured) and understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Understanding of Relational Databases (MySQL,PostgreSQL/AlloyDB) to validate data consistency.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CDpipelines.
