Qualifications

8-10 years of hands-on experience in testing enterprise-level products.
Experience in leading QA teams with both manual and automation QAs.

We are looking for seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist / QA Lead with Automation [Selenium] background for full time WFH opportunities from India.

Key Responsibilities:

Gain a clear understanding of QA principles and methodology, and be able to apply this understanding directly to concrete QA problems
Own Quality and QA processes at product level
Develop subject matter expertise and maintain test cases as well as requirement traceability matrices
Help prioritize test cases taking into account business priorities and risks
Work with other QA’s, Developers, Customer Success and Product Managers to develop, maintain, and execute quality assurance testing procedures
Suggest productivity tools and improvement plans for team
Design, develop,maintain, review and own regression test automation scripts for the product using C# and Selenium WebDriver
Apply problem-solving and troubleshooting skills effectively in execution

Qualifications:

8-10 years of hands-on experience in testing enterprise-level products with longer durations in at least 2 projects is a MUST HAVE
Experience leading a team with manual and automation QAs
Experience working with Scrum Teams delivering SaaS solutions
Hands-on experience with JIRA and TestRail
Proven experience with Selenium Webdriver using C#/Java
Experience with test automation frameworks such as NUnit and TestNG
Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
