Job summary

TENARAI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Test Automation Architect / Technical Consultant to lead the automation strategy and framework modernization across UI, API, Mobile, and services. You will shape architecture, define roadmaps, and drive large-scale transformation in collaboration with development and operations teams.

The role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and hands-on design/review experience, with exposure to cloud platforms and containerized environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Test Automation Architecture & Framework Design.
• Expertise across UI, API, Mobile, and Service automation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and automation best practices.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and Docker & Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Performance, Security, Accessibility, or other specialized testing.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise automation transformation and Automation CoE.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical SME for test automation strategy, architecture, and transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable, reusable, robust, and maintainable automation frameworks across UI, API, Mobile, Services, etc.
• Assess existing automation frameworks and recommend improvements in architecture, tools, processes, scalability, and maintainability.
• Define automation roadmaps, implementation strategies, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Lead POCs, solution workshops, technical discussions, and automation tool/framework evaluations.
• Ensure seamless integration of automation frameworks with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Provide technical direction, code/design reviews, mentoring, and resolve complex automation challenges.
• Drive framework modernization, continuous improvement, and Automation CoE initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
