Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Automation / RPA / Process Transformation.
• Proven team leadership and automation project delivery complexity.
• Strong experience in RPA tools (Blue Prism, Power Automate).
• Hands-on VBA, Excel automation, SQL, APIs and web automation.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, testing, deployment and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery management skills.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI, process mining or cloud technologies is a plus.
