Job summary

Shell Infotech is seeking an Automation Team Lead to drive RPA initiatives and lead a development team across locations. The role requires 7–10 years of hands-on experience in UiPath and strong Power Automate skills, with API integration and modernisation exposure.

You will collaborate with business, IT, and security teams to deliver scalable automation solutions. Client locations include Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad; employment is full-time.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in RPA/automation development, including hands-on UiPath experience.
• 3+ years in Power Automate (Cloud Flows + Desktop Flows) with migration or modernization experience.
• Strong understanding of API integration patterns, REST/SOAP services, JSON/XML handling, and authentication frameworks.
• Ability to interpret UiPath workflows and translate logic into Power Automate-native capabilities.
• Experience leading a development team in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Solid knowledge of exception handling, orchestration, scheduling, and automation lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with business, IT, security, and leadership teams.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with Investment Banking operations, such as workflow automation, client onboarding, or compliance
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams
• Day-to-day reporting.

• Background in process re-engineering or automation CoE environments.
• Working knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and secure automation design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity of governance tools like CoE Starter Kit.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices
• Experience working with global financial clients or within the BFSI domain
