Job summary

NAV Fund Services is seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead / Senior QA Engineer in Jaipur to design and lead WinForms, Web, and API automation efforts. You will build scalable automation frameworks, mentor the QA team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role requires 7–15 years of QA/Automation experience with strong WinForms expertise, and hands-on use of WinAppDriver, FlaUI, Squish, and TestComplete, along with API and data validation

Qualifications

• 7–15 years in QA/Automation testing with strong WinForms experience.
• WinForms UI Automation is mandatory.

Function: Quality Assurance / Automation Testing

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead / Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in .NET WinForms automation testing. The role involves designing automation frameworks, leading QA efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Automation & Testing - Design and develop automation frameworks for WinForms, Web, and API testing. - Perform UI, API, and Web automation testing. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing. - Implement data-driven and modular framework approaches.
• 2. Tools & Technologies - Hands-on experience with WinForms automation tools such as WinAppDriver, FlaUI, Squish, TestComplete (mandatory). - Experience with API testing tools like Postman or similar. - Knowledge of load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• 3. Data & Backend Testing - Basic SQL knowledge for writing queries and data validation.
• 4. Framework & Development - Ability to design automation frameworks from scratch. - Experience with Automation APIs and CI/CD integration.
• 5. Leadership & Collaboration - Lead QA team and mentor engineers. - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
• 6. Stakeholder Communication - Provide status updates and reports. - Participate in Agile ceremonies.

Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech

Experience 7–15 years in QA/Automation testing with strong WinForms experience.
