We are seeking a highly motivated Finance business process Automation Specialist to spearhead the development and implementation of intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies along with other RPA technologies (Blue Prism). The ideal candidate shall have a strong blend of finance domain knowledge and technical proficiency in Azure services, AI and automations tools along with good exposure on RPA platform – Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.

Key responsibilities

• Design & implement automation solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions, Azure AI Document Intelligence (IDP), Azure Cognitive Search to enhance document workflows.
• Leverage efficient solutions with a focus on scalability and reusability based on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.
• Gather business requirements and design future automation solutions.
• Develop detailed, structured, transparent, and complete deliverables (e.g. automation documentation, user manuals & instructions etc.).
• Support UAT execution and solution deployment in multiple environments.
• Support operations after go-live, monitoring and measuring the solution effectiveness.
• Revise and improve codes of existing solutions based on feedback from support teams and business – performing code optimization and identifying potential issues and defects and fixing the same.
• Set up an environment (software installation, installation of related technologies).
• Work with structured project plans, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process.

Technical Proficiency

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Data Factory, Synapse, Functions, AI Cognitive Services, AI Document Intelligence, etc.).
• Experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism, etc.) integration with Azure.
• Strong understanding of RPA tools (Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.).
• Experience with 3rd party integration (SAP, etc.) into Azure automation workflows.
• Good hands‑on with MySQL, Excel, VBA macros.
• Knowledge of Python language is a plus.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating business with new‑age technology skills.
• Strong team player and self‑starter attitude, with the ability to collaborate with clients, business consultants and project managers.

Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of user business problems and the development of system or process recommendations to meet requirements, which includes defining problems, evaluating requirements, and implementing systems/processes.

May also participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions.

This role may involve a significant amount of project management. Project management responsibilities include managing internal non‑technical business projects from initiation through completion.

Ensures effective communication across teams/functions. Leads project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, issue resolution and delivery of results.

Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.

Requires people and resource management through others and may include leading third‑party resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or equivalent.
• Preferred Certification in Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer, RPA certification (Blue Prism, UiPath, etc).
• At least 5+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.
• Good to have basic level proficiency on SAP business processes.
