• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with focus on QA and automation.
• Proven track record delivering AI-driven testing initiatives.
• Experience in upgrade validation, migrations and regulated releases.

Responsibilities

• Design a high-speed automated regression strategy for WMS.
• Configure and integrate the enterprise QI tool into existing workflows.
• Leverage AI features for predictive test selection and self-healing scripts.
• Lead hands-on training to upskill manual testers in AI-driven testing.
• Establish quality gates and metrics to monitor regression velocity and risk.
• Evaluate and optimize the QI tool for maximum utility in WMS.
• Own the complete QI implementation and usage within WMS.

• Providing technology consulting to customers and internal project teams

• Design a high-speed automated regression strategy tailored for WMS
• Implement and configure the enterprise QI tool with built-in AI capabilities into existing workflows.
• Use the tools AI features for predictive test selection, self-healing scripts, and anomaly detection.
• Conduct hands-on training workshops to upskill the manual testing team on AI-driven test authoring and triage
• Establish quality gates and metrics to track regression velocity and risk reduction
• Continuously evaluate the QI tool and improve the utility
• Own up the complete QI implementation & usage within WMS
• Java Selenium Rest Assured

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing AI-driven testing tools or Quality Intelligence platforms.
• Background in upgrade validation, migration and regulated release processes.
• Demonstrated ability to transition manual teams to automated/AI-assisted engineering cultures.
• Test strategy design, CI/CD pipeline integration, and intelligent defect analysis
• Should have knowledge of the QI tool that will be implemented in WMS area.
