Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior QA Automation lead with 12+ years of experience to drive automation strategy, build scalable testing frameworks, and mentor a growing QA team in a fast-paced delivery environment.

The role requires strong English communication, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality software through CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Automation Testing using Selenium.
• Leading a QA team, defining test automation strategy, designing and implementing frameworks, mentoring juniors, collaborating with Dev/cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient, high-quality software delivery using CI/CD, all while managing risks and reporting business value.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Define test automation strategy, build frameworks and ensure test coverage.
• Mentor QA Engineers and ensure team can work without obstacles.
• Lead test planning, execution and continuous process improvement for efficient, high-quality releases.
• Bridge communication between dev, QA, and stakeholders.

Desired Experience Range**

12+ years of experience in Software Testing using Automation tools like Selenium

Must-Have**

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Automation Testing using Selenium
• Leading a QA team, defining test automation strategy, designing and implementing frameworks, mentoring juniors, collaborating with Dev/cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient, high-quality software delivery using CI/CD, all while managing risks and reporting business value.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Working collaboratively and helping cross-cultural and cross-regional team members – both internal and on customer side.

Good-to-Have

• Manufacturing domain experience mostly in MES
• CM MES Configuration, testing, Documentation
• Able to work independently and have leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented and committed to working systematically under tight schedules.
• Develop and produce technical reports, process flow diagrams and documentation in support of design and developments.
• Innovate, propose new ideas and define the technical approach to challenging problems.
