Job summary
Global Tech Integrated Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai invites an experienced Marine Electrical & Automation Engineer (ETO) with onboard sailing background.
The ideal candidate will independently troubleshoot, repair, modify, test and commission marine electrical and automation systems aboard vessels. Candidates should have 6–8 years of ETO sailing experience, diploma/degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation, and hands-on knowledge of PLC-based marine automation.
Qualifications

- Strong practical knowledge of marine electrical and automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with PLC-based marine automation systems.
- Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Schneider or equivalent PLC systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally for vessel attendance.

Global Tech Integrated Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Marine Electrical & Automation Engineer with strong onboard experience and a solid background as an Electro-Technical Officer (ETO).
We are looking for a practical, hands-on marine electrical and automation professional who understands how vessel systems operate in real working conditions.
The candidate should be able to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, modify, test and commission marine electrical and automation systems onboard vessels.
Previous sailing experience as an ETO is essential for this position.
Minimum 6–8 years of sailing experience as an ETO, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, testing, modification and commissioning of marine electrical, automation and control systems.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently attending vessels, diagnosing electrical and automation faults, carrying out software and hardware troubleshooting, and commissioning systems onboard.
- Marine electrical and automation troubleshooting, repair and commissioning
- PLC, HMI, software, hardware and control system diagnostics
- AMS, PMS, generators, ACBs and blackout recovery systems
- Steering gear, boiler, inert gas, BWTS and tank monitoring systems

- 6–8 years minimum sailing experience as an ETO
- Strong practical knowledge of marine electrical and automation systems
- Hands-on experience with PLC-based marine automation systems
- Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Omron or equivalent PLC systems
- Good knowledge of PLC software and hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Modbus, RS-485, Ethernet, CANbus and industrial communication networks
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and commissioning skillsAbility to work independently onboard vessels
- Willingness to travel internationally for vessel attendance and service jobs
