Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an Automation Engineer L3 for a contract role in Noida/Gurugram. The candidate will develop and maintain automation workflows, provisioning and configuration management, and integrate with ServiceNow.

4-7 years of infrastructure automation experience are expected, with expertise in Python, PowerShell, Ansible and Terraform. Join our global technology services leader to drive automation initiatives, SLA compliance, and knowledge management within a 24x7 managed services

Qualifications

• Infrastructure Automation experience.
• Proficient in Python/PowerShell scripting.
• Exposure to Ansible, Terraform and IaC practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python/PowerShell.
• Build and support Ansible playbooks and Terraform modules.
• Automate server provisioning, patching, compliance and operational tasks.
• Integrate automation solutions with ServiceNow and monitoring platforms.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and provide production support.
• Participate in Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
• Support transition, transformation and automation roadmap activities.
• Work in 24x7 managed services environment supporting operational SLAs.
