Senior Platform DevOps

Engineering position is dedicated to the development and deployment of advanced automation capabilities within network environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps solutions that streamline network operations, enhance network performance, and improve overall efficiency. This role requires a strong proficiency in DevOps tools, programming and scripting languages, and a deep understanding of network architecture, protocols, and technologies.

• Ensure projects align with the broader business, economic, and market environment in which the group operate.

Business

• Ensuring that automation projects align with the overall business strategy and objectives, contributing to the Bank’s growth and success.
• Identifying and implementing automation solutions that reduce operational costs and improve resource efficiency.

Processes

• Leading the end‑to‑end automation development process, from identifying opportunities and designing solutions to implementation and integration with existing network infrastructure.
• Developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools to monitor network performance, identify issues, and optimize network operations.
• Ensuring through documentation of all automation processes and maintaining adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to align automation efforts with project goals and timelines, and to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
• Implementing continuous improvement processes to refine automation capabilities and enhance the overall efficiency and reliability of network operations.
• Providing training and support to network engineers and other stakeholders on the use and benefits of automation tools and processes.
