Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Tools Engineer to deploy and manage PC/server operating systems, networks, and related hardware. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience with IBM BigFix and strong troubleshooting skills to ensure secure, reliable infrastructure.

The candidate will work across teams to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions, supporting multiple systems with multiple concurrent users.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with IBM BigFix.
• Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy release of new technologies, design, install, configure, maintain and test PC/server OS, networks, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot user-reported problems and support Web access and messaging services while maintaining security.
• Provide infrastructure solutions based on application needs and anticipated growth; install new servers and maintain the infrastructure.
• Collaborate with clients and technical colleagues across all functional areas.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software and connectivity problems.
• Monitor production environments and support one or more systems with multiple users to ensure integrity and accessibility.

• âÃÂâ Deploy the release of new technologies as well as design, install, configure, maintain and perform testing of PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware.
• âÃÂâ Troubleshooting problems as reported by users, supporting Web access and electronic messaging services and maintaining a secure systems environment
• âÃÂâ Provide infrastructure solutions based on application needs and anticipated growth, install new servers and maintain the infrastructure.
• âÃÂâ Able to work collaboratively with clients and other technical colleagues. Individuals work across all functional areas.
