Job summary

SV Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Automation BIW Projects to lead end-to-end execution of BIW automation and robotic welding projects for automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers.

You will drive projects from RFQ handover to FAT, installation, commissioning, SAT and customer sign-off while managing scope, schedule, resources, quality, risks, and budget. A strong background in turnkey automation, system integration and multi-disciplinary leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 12-18+ years of experience in Automotive / BIW Automation / Robotic Welding Projects.
• Proven experience with turnkey automation projects and system integration.
• Knowledge of ABB/FANUC/KUKA/Yaskawa/Comau robots, PLC/controls, welding and tooling.
• Strong project management, P&L, customer management and team leadership.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automation preferred.

Responsibilities
