Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Operations Automation Associate within Custody Operations to drive intelligent automation and process improvements across operational workflows in Mumbai. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into automated solutions and contribute to the automation strategy.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with low-code tools, and knowledge of automation platforms like UiPath and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions with sufficient understanding of risk implications.
• Working knowledge of basic software development principles.
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of one or more intelligent automation applications or programming languages.
• Working experience with Alteryx macros, Tableau, UiPath, and Databricks.

As an Operations Automation Associate within Custody Operations, you conduct intermediate intelligent automation and business analysis to translate operational requirements into process improvements.
