Job summary

Healthdesigns Consultancy Services in Coimbatore seeks an experienced architectural drafter to prepare plans, elevations and detailed working drawings for healthcare projects. You will develop drawings from sketches, mark-ups and PDFs, ensuring accurate coordination with MEP and other disciplines.

The role requires strong AutoCAD 2D skills and a diploma/degree in Architecture or related fields. Revit knowledge and dynamic blocks are an added advantage; a CAD test may be part of the selection

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Architectural Assistantship, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
• Healthcare project experience and Revit knowledge are advantages but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• 4 WALL Elevations
• Develop drawings from sketches, layouts, PDF mark-ups and redlines.
• Prepare room layouts, internal elevations and architectural/interior details.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP and other disciplines.
• Maintain proper CAD layers, blocks, Xrefs, dimensions, annotations and plotting.
• Revise drawings accurately and maintain drawing/version control.

Requirements:

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Architectural Assistantship, Civil Engineering or related field with 24 years of architectural drafting experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and preparation of plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and details. Should be accurate, organized and able to work from sketches and mark-ups with minimum supervision. Healthcare project experience, dynamic blocks and Revit knowledge are added advantages.

Selection:

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a practical AutoCAD test.
