Job summary

Technomech Oil & Energy in India is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare detailed drawings for solar layouts, electrical systems and mechanical components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate designs and timely project delivery.

The role requires 14 years of AutoCAD drafting experience across solar or related engineering projects, with diploma/ITI in engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 2D/3D drafting is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 14 years of AutoCAD drafting experience as draftsman (solar/electrical/mechanical).
• Experience in industrial automation, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation or engineering projects preferred.
• Diploma/Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Drafting from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD software for solar panel layouts, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate design specifications and timely project delivery.
• Conduct quality control checks on drafted documents to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop 2D/3D models of solar panels, inverters, and other related equipment using AutoCAD 3D software.
• Provide technical support during installation phases by providing clear documentation of designs.

Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification with 14 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, CAD Draftsman or Design Draftsman. Experience in industrial automation, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation or engineering projects is preferred.
