• Prepare and maintain Validation Documents (DQ, IQ, OQ), Operating Manuals, and Work Instructions.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines and ISO/quality standards.
• Create and update Bill of Materials (BOMs) and technical records.
• Manage version control and change processes.
• Provide technical documents and drawings to production, quality, and service teams.
• Use measuring instruments and apply knowledge of standard mechanical components for documentation.
• Compile user manuals, technical specs, and assembly instructions for customers.
• Coordinate updates, revisions, and approvals with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain Validation Documents (DQ, IQ, OQ), Operating Manuals, and Work Instructions.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines and ISO/quality standards.
• Create and update Bill of Materials (BOMs), part lists, and technical records.
• Manage version control and maintain records in line with engineering change processes.
• Provide technical documents and drawings to support production, quality, and service teams.
• Use and verify measuring instruments; apply knowledge of standard mechanical components for precise documentation.
• Compile, organize, and deliver user manuals, technical specifications, and assembly instructions for customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for updates, revisions, and approvals of documents.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of technical documentation standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office / documentation tools / CAD basics (preferred).
• Understanding of ISO / quality documentation practices.
• Good organizational and version control management skills.
