Job summary

Naukri E-hire in Mumbai is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Detailer / Draughtsman to strengthen our design team. The role focuses on structural steel and RCC detailing, AutoCAD drafting, and BOQ and fabrication drawing preparation for telecom and civil infrastructure projects.

The candidate will work closely with design engineers and senior drafters to produce high-accuracy drawings and models, coordinating across design and site teams. Minimum 1–3 years in structural steel drafting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certification in Civil Engineering, Draughting, or AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other structural design tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design drawings using AutoCAD in coordination with the Design Engineer and Senior Draughtsman.
• Develop structural and fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and BOMs.
• Prepare BOQs and relevant site documentation.
• Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with design and site teams.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication and construction methods is essential.

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Detailer / Draughtsman to join our design team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have expertise in structural steel and RCC detailing, AutoCAD drafting, and preparation of BOQs and fabrication drawings.

The role involves close coordination with design engineers and senior draughtsmen to prepare high-accuracy drawings and models for telecom and civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design drawings using AutoCAD in coordination with the Design Engineer and Senior Draughtsman.
  
• Develop structural and fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and bills of materials (BOM).
  
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) and relevant site documentation.
  
• Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
  
• Maintain effective communication with the design and site teams.
  
• Knowledge of steel fabrication and construction methods is essential.
