Job summary

DC Consultants in Mumbai is seeking an Autocad Designer – Design & Technical with 1-2 years of experience. The role focuses on 2D AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and coordination with Sales, Project, Site and Technical teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings for aluminium windows & doors, ceilings, blinds, facades, and flooring, interpreting architectural drawings and site measurements, and maintaining thorough drawing records for

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with 2D AutoCAD drawings for architectural detailing and shop drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience with shop drawings and construction detailing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings, layouts, sections, elevations and shop drawings.
• Create technical/shop drawings for aluminium windows & doors, ceilings, blinds, facades, flooring.
• Interpret architectural drawings and site measurements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project, Site and Technical teams.
• Incorporate client and site revisions into drawings and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare installation details and material layouts as required.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation.
• Ensure drawings are completed accurately within project timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and shop drawings.
• 2. Prepare technical and shop drawings for:
  - Aluminium Windows & Doors
  - Ceilings
  - Blinds
  - Facades
  - Flooring
• 3. Interpret architectural drawings and site measurements.
• 4. Coordinate with Sales, Project, Site, and Technical teams.
• 5. Incorporate client and site revisions into drawings and ensure drawing accuracy.
• 6. Prepare installation details and material layouts as required.
• 7. Maintain drawing records and documentation.
• 8. Ensure drawings are completed accurately and within project timelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
