Job summary

Placenest Services Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking an AutoCAD Designer to prepare technical drawings and layouts for HVAC, MEP, cleanroom, and industrial projects. You will rely on AutoCAD expertise to develop ducting, piping, and equipment layouts while coordinating with design and execution teams.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience (freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge may apply) and a Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of experience; freshers with strong AutoCAD may apply.
• Experience in HVAC, MEP, or cleanroom projects preferred.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and IS/ASME drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC ducting and piping layout drawings.
• Create 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop AHU, FCU, chiller, and equipment layout drawings.
• Design cleanroom panel layouts and installation drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and sectional details.
• Coordinate with project and execution teams.
• Review drawings for compliance with technical specifications.
• Revise drawings per project requirements.
