Galaxy Resource Private Limited (GRPL India) is hiring for an Australian Mortgage Process Executive – KPO Lending in Mumbai. The role handles end-to-end mortgage document checks, income and serviceability assessment, KYC verification, and liaison with onshore brokers.

Fresh graduates or experienced candidates with English proficiency and willingness to work Australian shift timings in Mumbai are welcome. Full-time opening with 5 positions.

Competenze

• Graduate (Commerce / Finance) preferred.
• Experience in mortgage, lending or KYC processes preferred; Australian process is a plus.
• Good written English; comfortable with early-morning Australian shift.

• Process Australian home-loan applications: document checks, income and serviceability assessment.
• Verify KYC, payslips, bank statements and property documents as per lender policy.
• Update loan origination systems and coordinate with onshore brokers by email.
