Job summary

Talent Seeds Corporate Solutions seeks a qualified CA/BCom professional with CA student status for an audit and financial reporting role in Mumbai. The candidate will finalize books, prepare financial statements, and perform internal control reviews to drive improvements.

Responsibilities include audit planning, report preparation, regulatory awareness, and mentoring staff. Strong Excel, Tally, Spectrum, and SAP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or B.Com with CA student status and relevant CA firm exposure.
• Experience of 4–5 years in CA firms; no extended examination leaves while pursuing CA.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Finalization of books for multiple entities and preparation of financial statements.
• Plan and execute audits, prepare reports, and address internal control gaps.
• Prepare MIS and analyze data to identify discrepancies and risks.
• Stay updated on GST, Income Tax, and FEMA regulations; Sebi knowledge is a plus.
• Mentor audit staff and communicate with directors/partners with attention to detail.

Qualification :- CA/BCom/CA student

Preferable from CA firms & will not take any examination leave if still perusing CA.

Location :- Mumbai (Western Line)

Experience- min 4-5 years working experiance in CA firm only

Financial Reporting

• Finalization of books of accounts of various entities
• Preparation of Financials statement in compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyse Financial Statement and Recommendation for improvements required.
• Financial & Tax Planning for Books closure in compliance with standards.

Audit Planning and Execution

• Development and Implementation of Audit Plan, Internal audit engagements and ensure timely completion of Reports.
• Prepare audit reports with detailed findings and recommendations.
• Identify and report process gaps & deficiency in internal controls.
• Liaise with management to discuss audit findings and implement corrective actions and follow ups for pending changes.

Inventory & Management Audit

• Checking/ Preparation of Drawing Power Statement.
• Preparing Various Managements MIS as required by Clients.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement.

Regulatory & Compliances Awareness

• Stay Updated on Financial Regulations of GST, Income Tax Act.
• Knowledge of Accounting standards
• Basic Knowledge of Fema Regulations.
• Knowledge of Sebi Compliance for Listed co would be an added advantage.

Interpersonal & Technical Skills

• Able to Communicate and Report to Directors and Partners of various entities
• Mentoring and development of audit staff.
• Strong attention to details ,Good Analytical and observational skills.
• Excel proficiency, Knowledge of Tally & Spectrum (SAP would be an Added advantage)

Salary: 6.00 Lakhs to 10.00 Lakhs PA
