Talent Seeds Corporate Solutions in Mumbai seeks an experienced audit assistant. The role requires 2–3 years of CA firm exposure and a B.Com or CA student background. You will assist in audit planning, prepare financial statements, draft reports, and ensure corrective actions on findings.

Proficiency in GST/TDS updates and strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) plus Tally is essential. Collaboration with management and staff is expected to gather audit information and reconcile ledgers using software.

• B.Com or CA student with 2–3 years experience from CA firm.
• Assist in audit plan development and audit programs.
• Prepare financial statements and audit reports.
• Follow up audit findings and ensure corrective actions.
• GST and TDS updates awareness.
• Basic Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) and Tally knowledge.

Job Description

• Assist in the development of the audit plan and audit programs. Preferable from CA firms are addred advantage


• Preparation of Financial Statements.


• Prepare audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.


• Follow up on audit findings to ensure that corrective actions are implemented.


• Good at various Reconciliation Like (GSTR, Ledgers , Books with Software)


• Collaborate with management and staff to gather necessary information for audits.


• Keep abreast of GST and TDS changes.


• Basic knowledge of Excel (including vlookup & pivot) & Tally is must.
