Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform internal and statutory audits across client portfolios.
• Assess risk and review internal controls to strengthen governance.
• Conduct stock and bank audits and assist in management consultancy assignments.
• Provide advisory support on regulatory compliance and corporate law matters.
