Job summary

Weaver is seeking an experienced Audit Associate to join our Financial Services team in India. You will perform audits on complex engagements, contribute to client engagements, and develop industry expertise in alternative investment funds such as Asset Management, Venture Capital, Private Equity and Real Estate funds.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, 1–2 years of public accounting experience, and a strong grasp of U.S. GAAP/GAAS; EBP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• 1-2 years of public accounting experience or its equivalent.
• Experience in alternative investment funds audits such as Asset Management, Venture Capital, Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
• Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP, GAAS; experience in EBP is an added advantage.
