Job summary

Weaver India is seeking an audit associate to join our audit practice. The role supports the audit team in delivering high-quality assurance services to clients subject to PCAOB standards, including preparing documentation and ensuring US GAAP compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of public accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the team’s success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or related field) is required.
• 2–3 years public accounting experience, preferably with PCAOB clients.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and audit methodologies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while contributing to the overall success of the audit team.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or related field); CPA eligibility preferred
• 2–3 years of public accounting experience, preferably with PCAOB clients
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and basic audit concepts
• Experience with audit documentation and workpapers (PCAOB standards a plus)
