Job summary

Weaver India is seeking an Audit Manager or Senior Manager to join our Healthcare team. You will provide excellent service to clients throughout all phases of the audit and work closely with firm leadership.

You will mentor Associates and Senior Associates, manage engagements, and help with training while ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables. A CPA/CA/ACCA and GAAP/GAAS expertise are required, with 6+ years' experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or related field
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and GAAS
• CPA, ACCA or CA certification
• 6+ years of public accounting or healthcare experience
• Healthcare experience in accounting preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare audits from planning to completion.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates on engagements and development.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and administration to ensure quality and timely delivery.

A Weaver Audit Manager or Senior Manager is a driven team player who provides excellent service to clients throughout all phases of the audit while developing, training and mentoring Associates and Senior Associates. An Audit Manager or Senior Manager works closely with firm leadership and firm administration activities.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or related field
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and GAAS
• Strong project management, team orientation and interpersonal skills
• CPA, ACCA & CA
• 6+ years of public accounting experience, industry, or a combination of both
• Healthcare experience required, either in public accounting or in an industry healthcare accounting role
