Job summary

Shetty & Bhat is seeking a CA Finalist to join our Audit & Assurance team on a 2-month contractual basis. The successful candidate will support and coordinate multiple audit assignments while leading the assigned audit team, ensuring timely deliverables.

The role requires a solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, and strong analytical and client-handling skills. Prior audit exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• CA Finalist students only.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate audit teams and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Handle team queries and guide team members on audit procedures and documentation.
• Perform and review audit procedures, working papers, reconciliations and supporting documents.
• Coordinate directly with clients for audit requirements, documents, clarifications and follow-ups.
• Monitor assignment progress and communicate pending matters to senior team members.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure proper resolution of audit queries.
• Maintain proper audit documentation and ensure completion of assignments within deadlines.

About the Role
