Job summary

Priority Hearing is seeking a qualified Audiologist & Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The role involves assessing hearing, conducting speech and language evaluations, fitting and programming hearing aids, and providing therapy to patients.

You will work closely with ENT specialists and healthcare teams, maintain accurate records, and participate in community awareness activities. Eligibility includes BASLP/MASLP and RCi registration where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) from a recognized institute.
• RCI registration preferred/required as applicable.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with hospital teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Perform hearing tests including PTA, impedance audiometry, OAE, BERA/ABR, as applicable.
• Provide hearing aid evaluation, fitting, programming, and counselling.
• Conduct speech and language assessments and provide therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Counsel patients and family members regarding hearing and speech-language concerns.
• Coordinate with ENT specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals as required.
• Participate in patient follow-ups and contribute to overall patient care.
• Support awareness activities, camps, and other clinical initiatives when required.
