Job summary

Sravana Speech & Hearing Centre in Kozhencherry, Pathanamthitta, Kerala, is seeking a Clinical Audiologist for full-time work. You will manage the full spectrum of audiological care, from diagnostics to hearing aid fitting, within a collaborative clinical team.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹35,000–₹40,000 plus incentives, and a long-standing practice with growth opportunities across Sravana's multi-branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology / Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology (RCI registered).
• Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-counselling abilities.
• Freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments (PTA, tympanometry, OAE, and other diagnostic tests)
• Evaluate, recommend, and fit hearing aids and assistive listening devices
• Counsel patients and families on hearing loss, device use, and communication strategies
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow-up care plans
• Collaborate with ENT specialists, speech therapists, and the Little Prism early intervention team as needed
• Support outreach camps and community hearing screening initiatives

Sravana Speech & Hearing Centre has been Kerala's trusted name in hearing and communication care since 1995, with centres across Kochi, Pathanamthitta, and Kottayam. We're looking for a dedicated Clinical Audiologist to join our Pathanamthitta team full-time.

Role Overview

As a Clinical Audiologist at Sravana, you'll manage the full spectrum of audiological care — from diagnostic assessment to hearing aid fitting and patient counselling — as part of a collaborative, patient-first clinical team.
