Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in higher education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems (Crestron, Extron, Zoom, Teams) and integration with IT networks.
• Experience with video conferencing, streaming, and lecture capture technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software under pressure.
• Industry certifications (CTS, Extron, Crestron) are highly desirable.
