Job summary

Assystem STUP in India invites an experienced architect to join our design team in Gurugram. You will develop architectural designs and drawings, and coordinate BIM models across disciplines to ensure constructible solutions.

We seek a B.Arch graduate with Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, knowledge of BIM workflows, and familiarity with codes and materials. Consultancy experience and aviation/airport project exposure are welcome, contributing to multidisciplinary delivery from concept through

Qualifications

• B.Arch degree from a recognised university.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and interdisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Understanding of building construction, materials and applicable codes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Consultancy experience preferred.
• Aviation or airport-project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and drawings.
• Prepare construction documentation.
• Develop and coordinate BIM/Revit models.
• Coordinate architectural work with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare presentations, reports and technical specifications.
• Review shop drawings.
