Job summary

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing actuarial membership/associateship with IFoA/IAI or equivalent close to qualification.
• 6–8 years of work experience in actuarial/risks and analytics roles.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools: Python, SQL, R, SAS.
• Experience communicating complex solutions to executives and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI/QuickSight).
• VBA programming or scripting experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Requirements

Bachelors in finance/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics (B. Com, B.A(Economics) B.Sc. with Economics / Mathematics / Statistics Hons) with

focus on actuarial methods and principals along with following certifications/ degree:

• Actively pursuing Membership / Associateship of the Institute andFaculty of Actuaries / Institute of Actuaries of India (or equivalent)close to qualification.
• Certification requirements may be waived if the candidate has moreexperience in the relevant field
• Demonstratedexperiencein communicatingcomplex solutions and analysis to both technical and nontechnical audiences, including executive leadership.
• Work experience required- 6-8 years
• Advance knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools like:
• Data Analytics – Python, SQL, R, SAS
• Visualization Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, QuickSight)
• VBA programming
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
• Commitment to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes
• Team player – committed to providing high quality and maintainingtimeliness
