Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in risk and compliance work to maintain regulatory compliance and manage client risks, including analysing financial risks through statistical modelling and data analysis to generate insights and recommendations.
- Motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality; coach, leverage team strengths, and manage performance to meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities that contribute to the Firm’s success and articulate purpose and values; embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors in finance/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics (B. Com, B.A. (Economics), B.Sc. with Economics/Mathematics/Statistics Hons) with focus on actuarial methods and principles.
- Actively pursuing Membership / Associateship of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries / Institute of Actuaries of India (or equivalent) near qualification.
- Certification requirements may be waived if the candidate has more experience in the relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating complex solutions and analysis to both technical and nontechnical audiences, including executive leadership.
- Work experience required: 6-8 years.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools like: Data Analytics – Python, SQL, R, SAS; Visualization Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, QuickSight); VBA programming.
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
