Diageo India is seeking a Quality governance professional to oversee regional quality standards across multiple manufacturing sites. You will monitor KPIs, support audits, and deploy regional quality initiatives to ensure food safety and compliance.

You will analyze quality data, lead CAPA investigations, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing performance while collaborating with unit quality teams and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 4-7 yrs experience in Food technology/chemical engineering from FMCG & Beverage.
• Bachelor’s or Masters in Food Tech, Biochemistry or Chemistry.
• BE/BTech/MTech in Food Tech or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Regional Quality Governance across assigned manufacturing sites.
• Support implementation and governance of Quality and Food Safety standards.
• Monitor site Quality performance against KPIs, standards and objectives.
• Support periodic Quality performance reviews with Unit Quality and manufacturing leadership.
• Deploy Regional and Corporate Quality initiatives at site level.
• Analyze regional Quality data, consumer complaints, deviations and KPIs.
• Develop dashboards, reports and summaries for Regional Quality reviews.
• Use data and trend analysis to identify risks and prioritize improvements.
• Track CAPA and corrective action effectiveness.
• Lead investigations of significant Quality issues across sites.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving using 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, DMAIC, Pareto, CAPA.
• Support Management of Change, risk assessment, deviation management and Quality incident processes.
• Identify systemic compliance gaps and drive regional improvements.
• Conduct periodic Quality assessments and site visits to evaluate effectiveness.
• Support sites in improving Quality maturity and capability.
• Analyze market/retail Quality data to identify trends and issues.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented for market Quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Quality Governance
• Support implementation and governance of Quality and Food Safety standards across assigned manufacturing sites.
• Monitor and review site Quality performance against defined regional KPIs, standards, and objectives.
• Support periodic Quality performance reviews with Unit Quality and manufacturing leadership teams.
• Support deployment of Regional and Corporate Quality initiatives at site level.
• Quality Performance & Data Analytics
• Analyse regional Quality data, consumer complaints, deviations, audit findings, process performance, and Quality KPIs.
• Develop and maintain appropriate dashboards, reports, and management summaries for Regional Quality reviews.
• Use data and trend analysis to identify emerging risks and prioritise improvement opportunities.
• Track Quality improvement plans and evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of actions.
• Problem Solving, RCA & CAPA
• Support and lead investigations of significant or recurring Quality issues across manufacturing sites.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving using appropriate tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, DMAIC, Pareto, and CAPA.
• Review CAPA effectiveness and challenge inadequate or ineffective actions.
• Identify opportunities to replicate successful corrective actions across other sites.
• Quality Systems, Food Safety & Compliance
• Support implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Provide guidance to Unit Quality teams on Quality standards, procedures, regulatory requirements, and system expectations.
• Support internal, external, certification, customer, and corporate Quality audits.
• Monitor audit findings, action plans, closure, and effectiveness.
• Support Management of Change, risk assessment, deviation management, and Quality incident processes.
• Identify systemic compliance gaps and drive regional improvement actions.
• Site Support & Quality Improvement
• Conduct periodic Quality assessments and site visits to evaluate Quality system effectiveness and implementation.
• Support sites in improving Quality maturity and capability.
• Consumer & Market Quality
• Support investigation and resolution of significant market and consumer Quality complaints.
• Analyse market/retail Quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential systemic risks.
• Ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented for market Quality issues.
