Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced coordinator to act as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical/testing teams, ensuring smooth project execution and high client retention.

The role covers customer relationship management, testing coordination, asset handling, CRM/MIS reporting, and sales support to drive business growth. 3–8 years of relevant experience and an MBA/PG degree are preferred.

Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

• Key Objective: Act as the primary coordination point between customers and internal technical/testing teams to ensure smooth project execution, accurate documentation, high client retention, and business growth.


• Customer Relationship & Account Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serve as the single point of contact, handle client concerns or escalations, and gather feedback to drive customer retention.
  


• Testing & Project Coordination: Understand customer testing requirements, coordinate feasibility and quotations, follow up for PO/WO confirmations, track testing progress/schedules, and ensure timely delivery of final test reports.
  


• Store, Sample & Asset Management: Oversee store/inventory handling, coordinate inward and outward movement of client samples/materials, ensure proper documentation/traceability, and manage company/project assets.
  


• CRM, MIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track quotations and PO statuses, and generate periodic MIS reports on project progress and business opportunities for management.
  


• Sales & Business Support: Assist sales and marketing initiatives, support client visits and business reviews, and coordinate proposals to help drive business conversion.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  


• Educational Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate or Graduate degree.
  


• Industry Background: Experience in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC), Engineering Services, or technical B2B industries serving sectors like Aviation, Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Medical Devices, or Energy.
